Bread With Eggs And All Purpose Flour Recipe
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkt yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 x egg.
- Dissolve sugar, salt & oil in warm water.
- Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Mix all ingredients and let rise to double.
- Punch down the dough and then knead it for a few min.
- Let rise again till doubled.
- Shape into loafs and bake at 425 F till lightly golden.
- Variations:* add in your favorite herbs and spices to the flour (eg.
- garlic, dill, etc...)
