Grilled Asparagus with Roasted Tomatoes

  1. Toss tomatoes with oil; spread onto bottom of parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake in 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) standard oven 30 to 40 min.
  3. or until roasted.
  4. For each vegetable plate, 4 servings: Grill 1 lb.
  5. (450 g) asparagus 2 min.
  6. on each side; arrange on plate.
  7. Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes and 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) each pine nuts and dressing.
