Grilled Asparagus with Roasted Tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 120 each fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 3/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 3/4 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing
- Toss tomatoes with oil; spread onto bottom of parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Bake in 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) standard oven 30 to 40 min.
- or until roasted.
- For each vegetable plate, 4 servings: Grill 1 lb.
- (450 g) asparagus 2 min.
- on each side; arrange on plate.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes and 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) each pine nuts and dressing.
