Frozen Peaches And Cream Mousse

  1. Puree peaches in
  2. food processor or blender.
  3. In medium mixing bowl, combine
  4. pureed
  5. peaches,
  6. sour
  7. cream, sugar and lemon juice.
  8. In large mixing bowl, stir ice cream, just until softened; fold in peach mixture.
  9. Turn into the Jel-ring mold. Apply seal and
  10. freeze
  11. several hours or overnight until firm. If desired, fill
  12. center
  13. of unmolded dessert with fresh raspberries;
  14. drizzle with
  15. some
  16. of
  17. the
  18. raspberry sauce.
  19. Spoon remaining mixture over
  20. and
  21. around the dessert.
  22. Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves; serve.
  23. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
