Chicken Roulade

  1. Tenderize chicken into 4 x 4 x 1/4" squares.
  2. Stuff the chicken with all ingredients.
  3. Roll the chicken tightly around ingredients.
  4. Sear chicken on both sides.
  5. Place in oven temped at 400F for 20 minutes.
