Caesar Tortellini With Ham
- 1 (9 ounce) packagerefrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 12 cups frozen broccoli florets (from 14-oz. bag)
- 1 12 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 23 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded (from 10-oz. bag)
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
- In 3-quart saucepan, bring 2 quarts (8 cups) water to a boil.
- Add tortellini and broccoli; cook as directed on tortellini package until tortellini are tender.
- Drain; return to saucepan.
- Add ham and salad dressing; stir gently to mix.
- Cook over medium-low heat just until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
- Arrange lettuce on individual plates.
- Spoon tortellini mixture over lettuce.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
