Spaghetti Casserole

  1. Brown sausages in frying pan.
  2. Remove and drain on paper towels if desired.
  3. Put in bowl large enough to hold other ingredients as they are ready.
  4. In the drippings from the sausage, add onion, garlic, and green pepper(s).
  5. Brown slightly and add to sausages.
  6. In another bowl, empty tomatoes and thicken with flour.
  7. Then add to above ingredients.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti.
  9. Eyeball it to your liking.
  10. Mix in 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
  11. Place in a casserole dish(9X13) and sprinkle top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  12. **If you want more of a spaghetti "sauce" you might decide to add the diced tomatoes before placing ingredients in casserole dish.
  13. Eyeball it.
  14. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
