Oven-Baked Bass

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, black pepper and salt.
  3. Place fish in a glass baking dish.
  4. Rub with seasoning mix.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Optional: garnish with lemon wedges.
