Oven-Baked Bass
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Dried Italian Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 pound Boneless Bass Fillets
- Optional Garnish: Lemon Wedges
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- In a small bowl, stir together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, black pepper and salt.
- Place fish in a glass baking dish.
- Rub with seasoning mix.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: garnish with lemon wedges.
