Easy Burritos

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Prepare ground beef according to taco seasoning packet.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Heat tortillas for a few minutes in microwave (just enough to soften them and make them easier to work with).
  5. Place a scoop of the taco meat in a flour tortilla and fold over so the meat is all inside.
  6. Place seam side down in 9x13 baking dish.
  7. Repeat until you have them all filled (I usually end up over filling and only using 8).
  8. Mix soup, chillies and sour cream together in a mixing bowl and pour over burritos.
  9. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake at 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
