Bacon-Cheddar Deviled Eggs

  1. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  2. each bacon and onions.
  3. Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
  4. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl.
  5. Add mayo; beat with mixer until blended.
  6. Add cheese and remaining bacon and onions; mix well.
  7. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into centers of egg whites.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved bacon and onions.
