Double Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. minced nuts
- Combine marshmallows and 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips in microwavable dish.
- Heat till chips and marshmallows heat, approximately 2-3 min on high heat.
- Stir well, cold.
- Mix in remaining chocolate chips, cream and nuts.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerateovernight.
- Can also be prepared in double boiler.
