citrus weight loss smoothie

  1. peel fruit and put all ingredients in blender.
  2. blend for 3minutes
  3. this makes one pint,drink over a ten minute period at least a half hour before a meal for 7days to loose 5 pounds or more!
  4. repeat once a month to combat water weight gain.
  5. this recipe came from a circuit training course i took and it helped me to loose 7pounds.
