Chipotle Peach BBQ Chicken
- 3 pounds Chicken Breast
- 1 bottle (21 Oz. Size) Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups Frozen Peaches, Thawed And Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 whole Chipotle Pepper In Adobo Sauce, Chopped
- Place chicken breast in a crockpot.
- In a small bowl, combine bbq sauce, peaches, garlic, sugar, vinegar and chipotle pepper.
- Stir.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken and return to sauce; serve.
