Cranberry and Horseradish Relish

  1. Combine cranberries, onion, sugar and salt in processor.
  2. Chop coarsely, using on/off turns.
  3. Transfer mixture to medium bowl.
  4. Mix in sour cream and horseradish.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
  7. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  8. Cover and keep refrigerated.)
