Easy Egg Sandwiches in 5 Minutes!

  1. Crack an egg into a silicon steamer.
  2. Using a fork, poke the egg yolk and egg white 3 times each to avoid bursting.
  3. Cover the silicon steamer and microwave for 40 seconds at 600W, then microwave again for another 40 seconds.
  4. Please keep your eyes on the egg.
  5. Break the egg with a spoon.
  6. Add mayonnaise, dried parsley, salt, and eggs.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Remove the crusts from the bread, then slice it in half.
  9. Spread margarine and top with the egg filing.
  10. Slice it into preferred shapes.
  11. Dish it up, and serve!
