Easy Egg Sandwiches in 5 Minutes!
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/16 tsp Salt and pepper
- 2 slice White bread (from an 8-slice loaf)
- 1/4 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Margarine
- Crack an egg into a silicon steamer.
- Using a fork, poke the egg yolk and egg white 3 times each to avoid bursting.
- Cover the silicon steamer and microwave for 40 seconds at 600W, then microwave again for another 40 seconds.
- Please keep your eyes on the egg.
- Break the egg with a spoon.
- Add mayonnaise, dried parsley, salt, and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Remove the crusts from the bread, then slice it in half.
- Spread margarine and top with the egg filing.
- Slice it into preferred shapes.
- Dish it up, and serve!
