Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing

• 13 cup wine vinegar
• 12 cup half-and-half cream or 12 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 -3 garlic cloves

1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
2. Blend until very smooth.
3. May be refrigerated but.
4. Shake up thoroughly again or return to blender before serving.
5. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
