Nicoise Salad Muffins
- 2 muffins, split and toasted
- 60g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 95g can tuna, drained
- 6 green beans, blanched
- 2 eggs, fried until crisp
- chopped black olives, to garnish
- Spread muffin bases with Philly*.
- Top with tuna, green beans and fried egg.
- Finish with olives and top with muffin lids.
