Baked Pork Chops With Dressing

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown in 1 tablespoon hot oil in a skillet.
  3. Remove from skillet and place in baking dish.
  4. Saute onion and celery in margarine in a small skillet. Combine with bread cubes, poultry seasoning, celery salt and 1/4 cup water; mix lightly.
  5. Shape dressing into mounds on top of chops.
  6. Coat potatoes with oil; place around chops.
  7. Combine soup and 1/2 cup water; pour over chops and potatoes.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
  9. Serves 6.
