Chipotle Veggie Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chipotle paste (or too taste)
- Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Taste.
- If it's not hot enough, add more chipotle paste.
- But, be careful.
- After you chill this a little, the chipotle seems to come alive.
- Serve with veggies or chips.
- I like to serve with carrot sticks or baby carrots, grape tomatoes, celery sticks, and cauliflower (double up on carrots as they seem to go first).
