Chana Masala

  1. Bring first 7 ingredients to boil in medium saucepan on high heat; cover.
  2. Simmer on low heat 30 min.
  3. or until chickpeas are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
