Meat Loaf With Potato Icing Recipe
- 2 lbs. hamburger meat
- 2 slices bread
- 1 (8 ounce.) bottle French dressing
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf.
- Bake at 300-350 degrees (depending on your oven) for about 2 hrs.
- (Pour excess grease after first hour).
- Follow icing directions when meat loaf is done.
