Autumn Pumpkin Loaf (ABM)
- 23 cup water
- 23 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 12 cups bread flour
- 12 teaspoon ground allspice
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 23 cup dried cranberries
- 13 cup pumpkin seeds
- Place everything except cranberries and pumpkin seeds in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Add cranberries and pumpkin seeds during the add-in cycle.
