Easy Perfecto Pizza!
- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 -2 tablespoon basil
- 1 -2 tablespoon parsley
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- Let Yeast Desolve in the l cup of water for 2 minutes.
- Add remaning ingredents for your dough.
- Then add a pinch of salt and some sugar.
- Let it rise in warm place till it almost doubled's in size.
- Then for your glaze add your butter and herbs and put in micorwave till melted.
- Preheat oven to 425f.
- Spread your dough out on the pizza pan and brush your glaze on top of your crust, let it sit for a while then add your pesto on top for sauce.
- Add toppings and cheese as dessired.
- Bake until crispy,about 15-20 minutes.
