Vegetable Salad

  1. Toss all vegetables together in bowl.
  2. Make a dressing using 2/3 oil and 1/3 vinegar, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Mix well and pour over salad.
  4. Toss again and serve at once.
