Cheesy Chicken Breast

• 3 each chicken breasts
• 1 package cream cheese
• 1 x bread crumbs

1. Pound out chicken breasts between two sheets of wax paper until thinned.
2. Put a tablespoon of cheese in center each chicken breast and roll up and secure with a toothpick.
3. Roll the chicken breast in butter, then in bread crumbs.
4. Place in a microwave dish and cook on high for 6 to 9 min.
