Rice with Shrimp

  1. Cook and stir rice in 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in medium saucepan on medium heat 1 min.
  3. Stir in water.
  4. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 to 25 min.
  6. or until rice is tender.
  7. Heat remaining oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  8. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min.
  9. Add shrimp, ham and peppers; cook 5 min.
  10. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
  11. Stir in rice and soy sauce.
