Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp active dry yeast
- 6 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 each eggs
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Mix yeast, eggs, salt, sugar, pineapple juice and water together.
- Slowly add in flour.
- Knead .
- Save 1/2 cup flour for later.
- Should be kind of sticky to touch.
- Cover with warm rag and let rise for 1 hour.
- Knead again for about 10 minutes adding in rest of flour.
- Roll into balls and place in buttered pan.
- Cover and let rise again for another hour.
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.
