Grilled Tuna Steaks

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the tangerine juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt until well blended.
  2. Place tuna steaks in bowl and turn to coat.
  3. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove tuna from marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium high and cook the tuna steaks for 4 to 6 minutes.
  6. Turn and cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes.
