Egg Rolls With Sausage Curry Filling Recipe
- In a skillet cook cabbage, green onions and garlic in warm oil for 3 to 4 min or possibly till cabbage is crisp tender.
- Remove from heat and add in sausage.
- In a small mixing bowl mix well Large eggs, wine or possibly water, curry pwdr and salt.
- Stir into sausage cabbage mix.
- Fill the egg roll skins with the mix and brush edges with water and seal.
- Fry in warm oil 2 to 3 min or possibly till golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 12 egg rolls.
