Hawaiian Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Arrange in greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
  4. Pour off liquid.
  5. Combine onion soup, jam and dressing.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  9. Place in freezer bag.
  10. Label and freeze.
  11. To serve: thaw.
  12. Heat until hot and bubbly.
  13. Serve with rice.
