Desert Healer
- Ice
- 1 2/3 ounces blended Scotch
- 1/3 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 teaspoon kirsch
- 3/4 ounce fresh clementine juice or orange juice
- 2/3 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon twist, plus 1 lemon twist for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twists.
- Pinch 1 lemon twist over the shaker, drop it in and shake well.
- Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the remaining lemon twist.
