The Trout
- 2 trout
- 1 cup butter
- 1 12 tablespoons garlic salt
- Clean the fish, cut the heads and tail off.
- Place clean 1 fish on foil, put 1/2 cup butter inside and some on the outside of the fish.
- Sprinkle the Garlic Salt inside ontop of the butter and 1/2 as much on the outside.
- Repeat for the second fish.
- Wrap each fish in its own foil wrap.
- Place on BBQ on low-med heat.
- Cook for about 30-40 min, depending on how hot you cook them.
- Enjoy!
