Ginger Liqueur - Antilles

  1. Take a 14 oz jar of ginger maramlade, and 1 - 2 pints of dark rum.
  2. Start with 1 pint, and see if you would like a more rummy taste.
  3. If so, add more rum.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Let it sit for an hour.
  6. Stir.
  7. Filter this, first using a sieve over a bowl, and secondly filter it using coffee filters.
  8. Pour this into a bottle using a funnel.
