Ginger Liqueur - Antilles
- 14 ounces ginger marmalade
- 1 -2 pint dark rum
- Take a 14 oz jar of ginger maramlade, and 1 - 2 pints of dark rum.
- Start with 1 pint, and see if you would like a more rummy taste.
- If so, add more rum.
- Mix well.
- Let it sit for an hour.
- Stir.
- Filter this, first using a sieve over a bowl, and secondly filter it using coffee filters.
- Pour this into a bottle using a funnel.
