Hawaiian Club
- 1 package Thin Sliced Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
- 1 bottle Teriyaki Marinade
- 4 slices Pineapple Rings
- 4 slices Provolone
- 8 slices Cooked Bacon
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 whole Croissants
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki for at least 30 minutes prior to placing them on a heated grill.
- While chicken is marinating, prepare the bacon; drain and set to the side.
- Grill your chicken until no longer pink.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, place 2 pieces of bacon on each piece of chicken, followed by a ring of pineapple and a slice of provolone.
- Remove from grill when cheese has melted.
- Slice a croissant in half and spread 1tbs of mayo, then add lettuce and chicken.
