Crunchy Homemade Granola
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Almonds, Sliced
- 1 cup Pecan Halves, Whole Or Chopped
- 13 cups Honey
- 13 cups Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit.
- 3.
- Spread the oat and nut mixture onto a sheet pan.
- 4.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- It should be a nice, nutty-golden color.
- Dont be alarmed that its still soft, it hardens as it cools.
- 5.
- Allow it to cool completely on a sheet pan.
- 6.
- Once it is cool, transfer to a large bowl and add in the dried fruit.
- Stir to combine.
- 7.
- Enjoy or store in an air tight container.
- Note: Some of this in a mason jar with a cute ribbon makes for a great housewarming or holiday gift!
