Crunchy Homemade Granola

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
  3. Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit.

  5. Spread the oat and nut mixture onto a sheet pan.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. It should be a nice, nutty-golden color.
  9. Dont be alarmed that its still soft, it hardens as it cools.

  11. Allow it to cool completely on a sheet pan.

  13. Once it is cool, transfer to a large bowl and add in the dried fruit.
  14. Stir to combine.

  16. Enjoy or store in an air tight container.
  17. Note: Some of this in a mason jar with a cute ribbon makes for a great housewarming or holiday gift!
