Venison Or Steak Marinade Recipe

• 1/3 c. wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp. salad oil
• 1 tbsp. chopped onion or possibly 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr or possibly 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon dry dill weed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 2 tbsp. honey or possibly brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. parsley
• 1 teaspoon season all

1. Combine ingredients.
2. Pour over steak.
3. Marinate several hrs or possibly overnight.
4. Turn meat several times.
