Three-Bean Salad

  1. Heat a 3-quart saucepan of salted water to boiling.
  2. Add the wax or green beans.
  3. Cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add frozen edamame to beans; cook 2 minutes.
  5. Drain in colander.
  6. Add pink beans.
  7. Rinse under cold water until cool; drain again.
  8. Whisk white wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  9. Stir in beans and chopped fresh tarragon.
