Fiesta Tortilla Roll-Ups

  1. Mix the cream cheese, ranch mix, and green onions.
  2. Spread on the tortillas.
  3. Drain the diced pimientos, green chilies, and olives.
  4. Blot dry (to preven tortillas from becoming soggy) and sprinkle evenly on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Roll tightly, wrap in plastic and chill for 2 hours, or overnight.
  6. Cut into bite-sized wheels, and serve.
