Fiesta Tortilla Roll-Ups
- 4 whole 12 Inch Flour Tortillas
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Hidden Valley Ranch, Or Less To Taste
- 2 whole Green Onions
- 4 ounces, weight Diced Pimientos
- 4 ounces, weight Green Chilies
- 4 ounces, weight Sliced Black Olives
- Mix the cream cheese, ranch mix, and green onions.
- Spread on the tortillas.
- Drain the diced pimientos, green chilies, and olives.
- Blot dry (to preven tortillas from becoming soggy) and sprinkle evenly on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll tightly, wrap in plastic and chill for 2 hours, or overnight.
- Cut into bite-sized wheels, and serve.
