Russian Butter Cookies Recipe

  1. Cream butter and add in sugar.
  2. Work in flour and mix well.
  3. Add in nut meats and vanilla.
  4. Roll in small balls and flatten with fork.
  5. Bake 15 min at 325 degrees.
  6. Dough may be divided in half and tinted red or possibly green for Christmas.
  7. Cold slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
  8. Makes about 4 dozen.
