Mom's Beef Stew

  1. Season meaet with salt and pepper.
  2. roll in flour and brown in oil.
  3. Add water, bouliion cubes, and seasonings.
  4. Simmer for minimum of 2 hours.
  5. Add more water if it becomes too thick.
  6. One hour before serving, add vegetables and simmer.
