Chicken With Lemon & Garlic Recipe
- 2 chickens, skinned & cut up
- 10 to 12 fresh lemons, squeezed
- 6 cloves garlic, diced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley
- Oregano
- 1 c. water
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lay chickens in roasting pan.
- Add in salt, pepper and sprinkle on oregano and parsley.
- Sprinkle on garlic.
- Pour in lemon juice and water.
- Cook for about an hour.
- Serve with baked potato and choice of vegetable.
