Cube Steak Roll Ups Recipe

• 8 to 10 cube steaks
• 2 Packages beef gravy mix
• 1 pkg. Stove Top mix

1. Mix stuffing mix as directed on package.
2. Spoon stuffing mix on cube steaks, roll up and secure with wooden toothpick.
3. Brown steaks in frying pan.
4. Mix gravy as directed.
5. Pour over browned cube steak roll-ups and simmer for 45 min.
6. NOTE: Use 2 pkgs.
7. of gravy mix when making 8 to 10 roll-ups.
8. Use your choice of stuffing.
