Creamy Cabbage Soup

  1. Heat oil .
  2. Dice onion and add to oil cook until fragrant.
  3. Add potato which has been grated and shredded cabbage and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  4. Stir together and cook for 1 minute .
  5. Add stock(chicken- vegtable) parmesan rind and salt and pepper to taste .
  6. Bring to simmer then cook on low heat 30 minutes.
  7. Add milk heat through.
  8. DON'T BOIL -- Add cheese a little at a time taste and adjust seasoning.
  9. Remove rind.
