Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks

  1. Allow dough to thaw for 3-5 hours according to package directions OR you could make your own pizza dough.
  2. Once its ready to shape, after the first rise, roll dough (or stretch with your hands) into breadstick shapes and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
  3. Flatten them out a little so the toppings wont fall off.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan, pepperoni and mozzarella.
  5. My dough calls for another rise, but because of the pepperoni we skipped it and put it right in the oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  6. The sticks puffed a little, but were still flat like a pizza.
  7. Serve with a little marinara sauce for dipping.
