Cajun Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. chicken beasts to about 1 inch thickness.
  3. Cut into 2 equal pcs.
  4. Rub chicken with Cajun seasoning and place on a medium warm grill.
  5. Grill for about 5 to 6 min per side or possibly till done.
  6. Brush with teriyaki sauce and remove from grill.
  7. Assemble sandwiches with 1 chicken piece, two strips of bacon, 1 slice cheese, lettuce and 1/4 c. of roasted bell peppers.
