Cranberry Wine Salad
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3/4 cup port wine (or sweet vermouth)
- 2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry Jell-O
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Stir in cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple and wine.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour mixture in a 6 1/2 cup mold.
