Orange-Cinnamon Monkey Bread

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coat a 10 cup bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  3. Mix sugar and orange peel in a small bowl.
  4. Open cans of rolls; save icing.
  5. Cut each roll in quarters; lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  6. Dip in sugar mixture, then arrange evenly in pan.
  7. Press down gently.
  8. Bake 35 minutes until almost doubled in pan on a wire rack two minutes.
  9. Invert serving plate on pan.
  10. With oven mitts, hold plate and pan together and invert.
  11. Remove pan.
  12. Let bread cool 5 minutes.
  13. Pipe icing on bread.
  14. Serve warm, pulling off pieces.
