Rainbow Sherbet Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, blending dry gelatin mix into batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Frost tops of cupcakes with frosting.
  4. Decorate with marshmallows.
