Blackened Chicken Recipe

  1. Combine seasonings on a small plate.
  2. Roll each breast in seasonings, coating on both sides and set it aside on a large plate.
  3. For a milder chicken, use less seasoning on each breast.
  4. Either grill on a cast-iron pancake griddle or possibly barbecue, broil, or possibly bake chicken till cooked through.
  5. Do not overcook.
