Holiday Party Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. shortening
• 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 c. plain M&M candies
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. Blend shortening and sugars in large bowl.
2. Beat in vanilla and Large eggs.
3. Sift dry ingredients together.
4. Add in to mix, blending well.
5. Decorate tops with remaining candy.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min or possibly till golden.
7. Some cracking should occur.
