Guangzhou fried Chicken

  1. take the chicken slice into half inch wide strips mash the tofu mixall ingredients together making sure all the chicken is coated
  2. put into refrigerator for an hour
  3. mix the cornstarch and egg together after chicken is out of refrigerator add the cornstarch and egg mixture to chicken and marinade coating all the marinade with cornstarch mixture
  4. deep fry in the vegetable oil serve with peppers or by its self or add hoisin sauce and chopped nuts on a steamed bao bun

chicken, salt, sugar, white pepper, eggs, cornstarch, oil
