Guangzhou fried Chicken
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 oz fermented tofu
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tbsp white pepper powder
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 oil to fry
- take the chicken slice into half inch wide strips mash the tofu mixall ingredients together making sure all the chicken is coated
- put into refrigerator for an hour
- mix the cornstarch and egg together after chicken is out of refrigerator add the cornstarch and egg mixture to chicken and marinade coating all the marinade with cornstarch mixture
- deep fry in the vegetable oil serve with peppers or by its self or add hoisin sauce and chopped nuts on a steamed bao bun
